We do hope you’ll love what you’ve chosen, but we’re very happy to exchange items within 14 days. Unfortunately we don’t do any refunds.
When will I get my order?
We will take a maximum of 48 hours to process your order, you will then receive a confirmation email after which your product will be ready for collection by our courier company Dawn Wing. Your package will be delivered and sent to you within 3-5 working days, after which you will be able to follow your order with your tracking number provided on the email which can be used here.
Do you customise garments?
Unfortunately we don’t tailor make shirts but if you didn’t find what you were looking for in terms of ties and bow ties please email us at email@example.com. We are happy to discuss the possibility of helping you find what you’re after, especially for weddings. Having been through the process ourselves we know how difficult it is to find the specific tie/bow tie you need to finish off your wedding look and want to help wherever we can.
What is the fit of your shirt?
Our shirts are all slim fit and we use the same cut across the board for our button up range. When selecting your size refer to the size guide in order to ensure you are choosing the best fit for your body shape.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes we do, but this will be at an increased rate which will be given to you once we know the destination. Please note you will need to email us before 10am at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for overnight shipping.
